Singapore – The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Epic Gas Ltd. (the “Company”) announces that Stefanos D Michalis has tendered notice of his resignation from the position of Director and Vice Chairman of the Company with effect from today, due to increasing professional commitments outside of the Company.

Mr. Michalis was a key person behind the formation of the Company in 2012, representing the interests of Pateras family, which remains a founding shareholder.

Company Chairman Charles Maltby stated, “I would like to express our thanks to Stefanos for his insight into the pressurised LPG shipping industry, and his guidance during a period where Epic Gas has significantly increased its presence in the market.”

The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Michalis for his valuable contribution and efforts to the Company over the past three years.
