(the “Company”) has retained DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA as manager (the “Manager”) to advise on and effect an undocumented private placement of new shares with gross proceeds between the NOK equivalent of USD 30 million and USD 40 million, corresponding to between 17,200,800 and 22,934,400 shares based on current exchange rate (the “Private Placement”).
